Why do we give?

Giving to the local church is an important practice that goes back centuries. It is important because it enables the church to function and to be God’s people here in Felton parish. We base our giving on the rhythms of God – as we receive God’s blessings, so we seek to bless others.
Having a vicar, maintaining and running our beautiful building, resourcing our work with the elderly, young people and children in the community, running our services and supporting our Mission Partners, costs over £50,000pa – so we welcome all types of people’s generous giving.
